Here's what three of my clients had to say about training with me: Client 1: LaRue began working with my daughter in the spring of her Freshman year in high school and continued for over three years. At the time we began to see LaRue my daughter, a four year varsity basketball player, was beginning to have a lot of trouble rolling her ankles and the problems were spreading to her knees. We initially saw LaRue to strengthen her to avoid those chronic problems and try to avoid any of the serious injuries female athletes are prone to, particularly ACL tears. LaRue’s expertise in injury avoidance in female athletes is like nothing I’ve ever seen and I’m happy to report my daughter ceased having major ankle rolls and never had anything more serious. But her work with LaRue had other benefits as well. Her physical and mental strength both grew immensely and her speed improved amazingly. On top of all that LaRue knows out to work with young people. He’s inspirational and makes it fun and he’s a great role model. We were so lucky to have found him and it’s not possible for me to recommend him any higher! I had always believed that a professional trainer was more interested in working with professional athletes than overweight women. He was very respectful and made me feel very comfortable, which was greatly appreciated as I was already extremely self-conscious about my body. He carefully evaluated my fitness level and created a program that considered both my capabilities and limitations. The routines and programs he developed for me changed many times over the course of our partnership, as I steadily improved my fitness level and lost 92 pounds. Upon selecting and meeting LaRue, I absolutely knew for certain that I had made the right choice. Everything that I was looking for (credentials, maturity and professionalism) was apparent from our initial meet and greet to our very first session. I see a great partnership well into the future with my Trainer.

Larue has only been my personal trainer for a few weeks and I am amazed at the improvement in my exercise ability. I was concerned about exercising because of prior injuries but Larue has created a workout program to strengthen those areas while achieving an overall workout. I am thoroughly impressed with Larue's professionalism, knowledge, and overall demeanor as a trainer. I am always amazed at how fast each training session seems to go because although I work hard, Larue makes each workout enjoyable. I would highly recommend Larue as a personal trainer no matter what your fitness level is.

LaRue is one of the most impressive trainers I have ever worked with. Highly knowledgeable, he assesses your strengths and weaknesses, accounts for health issues, and designs a training program to meet your personal goals. The workout is never the same. He has an arsenal of challenging exercises to keep you motivated. He is conscientious, highly adaptable and flexible and can change the workout based on your needs for any given day. He loves to laugh and it is infectious. He makes the workout enjoyable and the time flies by because of it. I am amazed at the results I have gotten as a result of working out with LaRue. I most strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to work out with the best in the industry!

I've been working with LaRue Cook for several months and continue to be pleased with not only the results, but with his unwaning determination to provide me with a weekly exercise regimen that is both varied and personalized to my specific strengths and weaknesses. I sought out a trainer to help me overcome or at least mitigate certain recurring injuries that had plagued me off and on through the past 10 years. Not only is the program he designed for me strengthening those areas of concern, but I am now approaching a level of balanced fitness that I have not experienced before. I could and do highly recommend LaRue to anyone considering working with a trainer; for either a jump start to their existing exercise regimen or for working toward long-term, fitness goals.
