I cannot say enough great things about Alexander Remodeling! From the very beginning, I knew I had found the right company. They arrived within just a few hours of my request to provide an estimate, and to my surprise, they gave me a detailed, written quote right on the spot. There was no waiting, no guessing, and no pressure—just professionalism from start to finish. I originally had a long "bucket list" of projects because my home is now 18 years old and was ready for a makeover. I honestly didn't think I would be able to get everything done, but their pricing was so reasonable that I decided to move forward with the entire list! They installed a beautiful new powder room with a new vanity, sink, toilet, and fresh paint. They installed a new French door, built an enclosed office in my lower level, separated the basement lighting onto multiple switches (instead of everything being controlled by one switch like the builder originally designed), painted my front door and upper door, replaced a backyard water spigot, repaired my gutters, and completed many other projects around my home. Every job was done with care, precision, and pride. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the work—it was the people. The owner and every member of the team were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They never rushed through the work. Instead, they took their time, paid attention to every detail, and treated my home as if it were their own. It's refreshing to find a company that truly delivers on everything they promise. I am the CEO of a company with many employees, so I know what excellent customer service, strong leadership, and quality workmanship look like. Alexander Remodeling exceeded my expectations in every way. Their team communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and produces outstanding results. I have probably only written five or six reviews in my entire life, but this company absolutely earned one. I felt it was important for others to know that there are still honest, dependable contractors who take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. To be honest, I'm almost hesitant to leave this review because I still have more projects planned, and I don't want them to get too busy! But they deserve every bit of recognition they receive. This was also my first experience using Thumbtack, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made for my home. If you're looking for remodeling, home repairs, renovations, upgrades, or simply want to give your home a fresh new look, stop searching. Alexander Remodeling is the company you want to hire.
