FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep all pricing competitive and reflective of my work. If there is excess work / tools required that are unable to be determined at the time of consultation, a fee will be assessed to cover cost for tool should it be necessary. Pricing is based on an "hourly" assessment. Regardless of hour percentage, you will be billed for the full hour (e.g. If there is 1.5 hours worth of work, you will be billed for 2 hours) A 10% Discount for Military / First Responders will be given with proof of ID
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon acceptance of a job, I will reach out to you to set up a consultation and assess the task at hand, either with photos / videos or in-person (depending on distance and availability). I will do my best to establish "best path forward" and execute that plan
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working on houses since I was 8 years old with my Father and Grandfather. Now, I enjoy improving my home using those same skillsets, and love the feeling of helping someone love their home as well!
