We just had our floors installed by Jose Carpet and flooring. They were very responsive and got the job done in one day. I will definitely use them again in the future when I need carpeting in my bedrooms.

Jose and his team did an amazing job replacing all of my carpets today. It came out much better than expected. They used high quality padding and the carpet was just what I wanted. They worked hard and efficiently the entire time. They cleaned up and hauled the gross, old carpet away, swept and vacuumed everything clean. They were professional and very polite. I will definitely be using them again for my basement floors. All of this and a very reasonable price. I’m so glad I called them after an in-Home estimate with a high pressure salesman from Empire.

I had a wonderful experience with Jose Aguilar. I ordered a complex, patterned, high end Stark carpet which is produced in nonstandard width. Jose came for the estimate and helped me figure out what quantity of carpet to order. He and his assistants helped unload the huge heavy carpet from freight delivery. On arrival, he realized that we had been sent 2 yards less than I’d ordered and paid for. Amazingly, he was able to piece meal it together and seemlessly cover the areas, working with an insufficient quantity of carpet. He worked with expert precision and willingly helped me with unanticipated challenges. I strongly recommend him. Really great professional.

Our experience with Jose and Yanira has been phenomenal! I was new to Thumbtack and was unsure what to expect. I focused on vendors with 5 stars and prayed they were worth it - THEY WERE! Jose came for an estimate with his family and everyone was very kind and friendly. They arrived on time for the job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was well executed. Our carpet and flooring was replaced and the work looks great! We are so blessed to have received such great service for MUCH LESS than other vendors quoted. To make the deal even greater, we secured Jose’s wife Yanira’s cleaning company to clean our home after all of our renovations were complete. Again, GREAT JOB! Our home is now updated and clean! Wonderful!
