- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First cleaning is always a deep cleaning. This is where maids get the home to a baseline clean. Labor Rate: $55 per labor hour, charged in 15 min increments, for example if it takes 3 maids x3 hours = 9 total labor hours x $55 = $495 Then its cheaper flat rates every 2 or 4 weeks (which is usually roughly half the price of your deep clean!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love email, texts and calls. We will need your actual address, so we can pull up the home online and see the general layout and footprint. Also tell us about the condition of your home, trouble spots, mildew/soap scum in bathrooms, grease in kitchen, dust overall, pets, people, etc.
