They arrived w 2 people and all the supplies needed. It took about 4 hours for the 2 of them to clean the condo (post-construction clean). I would use them again. The only challenge was they spoke Portuguese but we used google translate so that solved the language barrier.

I was connected with Theo's service due to availability in my area. They responded very quickly to my messages, and the date and price was set! I only wanted a few, specific areas to be thoroughly cleaned, not the entire apartment. If there are types of cleaning that cost a different amount, this was not explained. For example, "standard" or "move out" cleaning. They did a great job of completing the cleaning that was started, so at first glance, everywhere looked bright and clean. However, I requested that the stove be cleaned thoroughly, inside and out. After some translating, it appears that this falls into a different category. Who knew? Shelves in the bathroom were also not cleaned, even though 3 hours were spent at the location. It was reasonable value for the work done, but the explanation of the levels of service need to be more clear, so the all expectations are met. My requests were in writing, and I believe that I was very clear. See photos of the bathroom after cleaning. Stove top before cleaning. Bath tub before cleaning. I would use their services again.
