- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees start at $75 for our hourly services. We offer set packages to cover the entire design process so you can relax and define your budget. $249- for a Essential package. $949- for a White glove service With furniture credit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Select your package on our website, you will just fill out a few details, pictures of your space and furniture, and add any ideas you have. We will then get back to you and start working on your project. 2. We are learning your style with our style analysis system, so you can rest assured that the concepts are tailored to you. 3. Back to the drawing board, we provide you with 2 concepts to choose from (Floor plans, 3D visuals and a “click it” shopping list, personal shopping and delivery set up available). 4. Depending on the packages we order and pass on our designer discounts. 5. Receive all your new decor, install and Enjoy !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are HSR certified, member of RESA and from ASHR (Redesigner association).
