FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the complexity and duration of the services requested. Payment Plans For long-term engagements/established clients, I have created tiered payment plans (Starter Package, Growth Package, & Professional Package) tailored to the type of administrative/financial management work requested by the client. All payment plans require a 3-month retainer which functions as a formal commitment that will allow me to prioritize the client’s work in relation to other projects. Clients are billed on a recurring cycle once a month for a set number of hours which can consist of 15, 30 or 45 hours per month. Any additional hours requested by the client (outside of the pre-billed payment plan) will be billed based on the hourly/ad-hoc rate of $50 per hour. Hourly/Ad-Hoc Support Clients can select 1-3 tasks or a one-time project from the following categories: general administrative support, executive assistance, personal assistance, e-commerce support, customer support, or specialized services (webinar/event coordination, podcast management, virtual meeting moderation, etc.). All projects/tasks will be completed within 24-72 hours depending on the complexity of the work and client's specified deadlines. Clients can purchase blocks of time in 4-hour increments, and the time will be deducted as tasks are completed. I utilize time tracking applications such as Tick Tick and Clockify to ensure accurate billing. Billing Payment information will be stored securely (via my company website) for clients that purchase payment plans. Ad-hoc/hourly work will be billed directly through or via invoice. All client invoices will include a full breakdown of the hours worked and tasks completed per day. Clients will be notified when their hours are running low and will have the option to purchase another payment plan/ad-hoc hours if needed. Please note, full details regarding the services and pricing plans are available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation Working with me is more than just completing tasks. It is about creating a structured and efficient workflow. Our partnership starts with a free 20-minute consultation. During this guided conversation, I will gather critical information regarding the nature of the business, priorities, and current challenges to determine the full scope of your needs and goals. Together, we will identify operational gaps and efficiencies and discuss your expectations. Lastly, I will provide a detailed view of the pricing plans and billing process. Clients that decide to move forward will be given a service agreement. You will have up to 3 days to review and sign the service agreement. Once both parties sign the agreement, we will schedule another meeting to discuss the start date, deadlines, and other details. A copy of the signed service agreement and intake form will be provided. Communication The primary communication channels will be via email and zoom with an average response time of 12-24 hours. For urgent communication needs, clients may reach out via slack, text message, or phone call during business hours. Please note, communication that is initiated outside of my normal business hours is not guaranteed a timely response unless pre-arranged. Clients will have access to my calendar, and all holidays and PTO days will be viewable. I will reach out as soon as possible via email and text message and/or phone call if a sudden illness or other unforeseen events will impact completion of the work. It is my expectation that clients will be willing to provide clear and timely instructions regarding tasks, supply the necessary documentation and/or system access, and will review deliverables promptly. I also require a minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling meetings.
