- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my pricing is going to be the best and fairest according to thier specific needs. If the client is happy there is a better chance of being rehired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i always want to make sure my clients are comfortable with me and the food I'm preparing. Being that I'm a people person it's not that hard.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have no formal culinary credits ..but i have over 30 yrs in hospitality. fine dining and catering
