I've been working out with Jack for a few months now, and I'm already seeing meaningful improvement in my physique, health, and self-confidence. Jack listened to my training objectives and customizes workouts every session so that we hit all the areas I'm wanting to focus on, but introducing different exercises so it doesn't become too routine. He's recently started training my girlfriend, as well, who never wants to go home if it means missing a workout with Jack! I highly recommend him as a trainer for individuals or couples.
