- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of payment plans tailored to your specific needs. These plans vary based on the number of sessions you commit to per month, the duration of each session, and whether the training is conducted online or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial session will be an assessment workout. During this time, I will take your body measurements, discuss your short-term and long-term goals, and review any physical or medical conditions you may have. This ensures we are aligned on your fitness objectives. Based on this information, I will design an initial workout program and a strategic long-term plan tailored to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE and AAAI/ISMA certified Personal Master Trainer, holding some of the world's most recognized certifications in the fitness industry. Additionally, I am a certified kettlebell trainer, functional strength coach, orthopedic exercise specialist, and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, among other qualifications. I am committed to ongoing education, constantly expanding my knowledge through books, articles and continues education. I am passionate about the nutritional aspects of healthy living and believe that "you gain muscle in the gym, but you lose weight in the kitchen." As such, I provide valuable nutritional tips to help you achieve your goals more efficiently.
