Michael is my trainer and he has been doing an outstanding job pushing me to my limits and providing advice for losing weight, toning and firming while increasing my overall cardio level. I always enjoy my training sessions, even on days when I don't really feeling like doing anything. Michael really knows how to motivate you. Michael was able to cater our sessions to precisely what I was interested in achieving, which is rarer than one might think. I have encountered previous personal trainer's who seem to have just one routine for everyone. However, Michael tailed our sessions to my needs and ability, and I have seen favourable results. I would highly recommend Michael.
