- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss pricing after I’ve qualified you as a client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’ll depend on the service, but at the beginning I schedule a introduction 15-30 minute call. After that, I send the necessary forms needed to start training. Then we lock-in our schedule together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Exercise Science and over 8 years of experience in the field.
