- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on whether you choose in-person or online coaching, how often we train, and the length of the program. I work with clients on structured packages rather than one-off sessions to ensure real progress and accountability. During our initial consultation, I’ll recommend the best option based on your goals and schedule so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short consultation to understand goals, schedule, training history, and equipment access. From there, I create a customized plan and set clear expectations around frequency, progress tracking, and communication. In-person clients train locally in the Springfield / Alexandria, VA area. Online clients receive programming, weekly check-ins, and ongoing adjustments nationwide. My goal is to make training simple, structured, and sustainable from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in strength and conditioning principles and am continuously studying exercise science, program design, and client coaching methods. I stay up to date with best practices around fat loss, muscle building, mobility, and injury prevention to ensure clients train safely and effectively.
