- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All agents at Nesbitt Realty are required to take continuing education courses to keep apprised of new regulations, new industry standards and all best practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Will Nesbitt was working as a dotcom technologist and switched gears just before the tech bubble burst. He obtained a real estate license to do investing for himself but found that he enjoyed the business so much that he would never go back to technology.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Nesbitt Realty manages mostly residential and a few commercial properties in Northern Virginia. We work as far out as Reston and Woodbridge, but most of our business is in Alexandria, Arlington and Fairfax County. About a third of our business is condominiums, most of the remainder properties are townhouses and single-family homes.
