Pinyo at NOVARPM helped us find a new tenant at a higher rent without any vacancy. He coordinated work with the HVAC contractor and electrician to take care of turnover repairs and also went above and beyond by taking care of minor repairs to save us money. His company saves us a lot of time and headache dealing with the tenant. If you are in need of a good Realtor who can also provide property management services, I highly recommend Pinyo and his team at NOVARPM.

I highly recommend working with NOVA Rental Property Management. I was able to meet with Pinyo face-to-face and discuss the unique needs I had in renting my property. NOVA Rental Property Management has also been highly responsive to calls and texts throughout. Having started out as a landlord, himself, and working in realty (both home sales and rentals), Pinyo has unique knowledge about getting a property (and property owner) ready for market. I found his knowledge of the area and current market, advice about ROI and renovations, as well as his tips on taxes and insurance all to be invaluable. Pinyo also identified and met with multiple contractors to gather bids, collecting all of their info. in an easy-to-digest spreadsheet that compared the various work proposals and costs. I found his hands-on approach to be very reassuring for a first time renter.

I hired NOVA Rental Property Management to help me screen tenants for my rental listing. Their screening process is very responsive and thorough. Neither my client nor I have to pay any fee to NOVA, they charge applicants a very reasonable fee and take care of the entire screening process."

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a simple pricing model with no markups and very few additional fees. Our Property Management fee is 8% of the collected rent, with a discount to 7% for eligible customers. Our leasing fee is equal to one month's rent, with a discount to 80% for eligible customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a FREE initial consultation and property visit. If the property meets our requirements, we send you a proposal to review. We use standard NVAR property management and lease listing agreements so the contract is clear and has been vetted by NVAR.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Principal Broker has been licensed in Virginia for 10 years and owns several rental properties that he managed for the past 11 years.
