Pinyo has been doing a great job managing my rental property. I was amazed at how many photos were taken for the move-in. I know the exact condition of my property and have it on record. He's also done a great job on any of the repairs that come up, communicating the issue and giving me options or ideas on how to fix it. He has great software that keeps track of all the money coming in and out, and he provides a report at the end of the year for my CPA. Overall, great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a simple pricing model with no markups and very few additional fees. Our Property Management fee is 8% of the collected rent, with a discount to 7% for eligible customers. Our leasing fee is equal to one month's rent, with a discount to 80% for eligible customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a FREE initial consultation and property visit. If the property meets our requirements, we send you a proposal to review. We use standard NVAR property management and lease listing agreements so the contract is clear and has been vetted by NVAR.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Principal Broker has been licensed in Virginia for 10 years and owns several rental properties that he managed for the past 11 years.
