FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with discovery and understanding. To help you address your problems or achieve your goals we'll begin with a quick call or message to best understand your needs, then we'll schedule a free onsite estimate to see the property firsthand. From there, we develop a custom plan, walk you through the details, and get your approval before anything moves forward. Our primary goal is to ensure we are addressing exactly what you want. We do this through clear communication and establishing clear expectations. We will make sure not to waste any of your time and will provide a focused, professional process that helps you get the results you're looking for, fast.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our property managers are licensed real estate agents and are members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), with training in fair housing laws and ethical best practices. The owner is trained in property management systems, compliance, and asset protection. We've built a vetted contractor network to deliver top-tier service across every single property that we manage. Our background leverages streamlined operations, cost management, business growth, and hands-on experience utilizing data to implement strategy. Every decision we will make will be through the lens of protecting your investment and maximizing your returns.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for real-estate, business growth, and helping others led me to property management. Every single property is a business that requires a growth mindset, operational excellence, and cost management and I have gained expertise in each of those areas throughout the last 20 years of being in startups, management consulting, and Fortune 50 leadership roles. I've also managed for others and invested in my own properties throughout the years as well so I understand first-hand how important and rewarding it is to leverage real-estate to achieve financial independence.
