- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fair for market conditions. I do not charge admin or other junk fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce myself and truly listen to my client’s goals. We then work together to put a success road map together to achieve the goals we discussed. We work together until my clients have an outstanding result. I always strive to exceed my clients goals each time. I am innovative, energized and motivated with each client success story.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a RE/MAX Hall of Fame production level Realtor. That means, I am ranked among the most productive Realtors within RE/MAX International. I have over 20 years of full time real estate experience with no career break in my full time profession over 20 plus years. I am very experienced with area relocations. Prior to real estate, I was a major accounts manager for Hilton International. I was a general manager of a commercial real estate and services company that sold and serviced luxury properties throughout Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland and across the company’s global network. My previous firm is traded on the British and New York Stock Exchange. I received commendation from the company chairman and founder for my productivity, customer service reviews and overall achievement. Finally I am a graduate of Hofstra University in Long Island New York where I received my Bachelor Of Arts degree in Social Science. I am also a graduate of Marymount University School Of Business (Arlington, VA campus), where I obtained a Master Of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and a second Master Of Arts degree in Legal Administration. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors. I have travelled extensively throughout the United States and the World, having visited every continent on the globe. I am simply a well rounded professional, who can help you meet and exceed your real estate goals.
