Tony, I really hate that it ended this way. I did reach out to Thumbtack and asked them why they automatically matched you with us since our profile does say that we are not open on Saturdays. They did go ahead a give us a credit for the $60 that we paid to get the chance to talk to you since your availability did not match ours. I believe this to be Thumbtack's error in matching the two of us together. I do want to clear up that there was no appointment ever scheduled with us. We reached out to try to schedule one, you requested Saturday and I informed you that our technicians don't usually work on Saturday's so that they can be with their families. This is something that as a company we are proud of. Our employees take care of us and we take care of them. When I told my technicians of your request, I had one step up and say that he was willing to make the drive to you on a Saturday so that we could get you taken care of since clearly we had some mix up on Thumbtack. When he called to offer his services, you mentioned that you already had several other contractors coming out to bid on the job. We like to build relationships with our customers. We value honesty and integrity and we value your time. We like to take our time with you and share our knowledge so that you can make the best informed decisions for you and your family. With several other contractors coming at possibly the same time, the technician did not feel that he could represent us in the way that both himself and the company he works for would have wanted for you and for us. We're sorry we never got the chance to show you how awesome our team is and how much our customers love us. We wish you the best of luck on your exterior project and we will still be available Monday through Friday if you change your mind and want to hear our perspective on your job.
