Friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a new roof because my home owners insurance required it. Not only was the quality of their work exceptional, but the communication throughout the process was also excellent. They set the expectations for day of install and kept me informed every step of the way.

Impact Roofing really cares for there quality workmanship! This team was very knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. They did a great job with my roof project and when it came down to pricing, they kept it very transparent with how much it would cost me. Hired on Thumbtack
I was scheduled for a house siding, gutter, and moulding estimate with Impact Roofing which I had the option to choose this Saturday afternoon. I also informed the young lady that I scheduled the appointment with that I had other companies coming out to give estimates that day as well. I was them messaged a little later stating that Saturday wasn't an option because they want there technicians to be home with there families on the weekends. Today I received a phone call from Impact Roofing asking me about my project and I told him that I was already scheduled for this Saturday. He told me not to waste my time nor his because I'm getting estimates from other companies. When has shopping around become a crime? For those of you needing any exterior house work done, your best bet is to make Impact Roofing last your resort or you will be wasting there time.

Tony, I really hate that it ended this way. I did reach out to Thumbtack and asked them why they automatically matched you with us since our profile does say that we are not open on Saturdays. They did go ahead a give us a credit for the $60 that we paid to get the chance to talk to you since your availability did not match ours. I believe this to be Thumbtack's error in matching the two of us together. I do want to clear up that there was no appointment ever scheduled with us. We reached out to try to schedule one, you requested Saturday and I informed you that our technicians don't usually work on Saturday's so that they can be with their families. This is something that as a company we are proud of. Our employees take care of us and we take care of them. When I told my technicians of your request, I had one step up and say that he was willing to make the drive to you on a Saturday so that we could get you taken care of since clearly we had some mix up on Thumbtack. When he called to offer his services, you mentioned that you already had several other contractors coming out to bid on the job. We like to build relationships with our customers. We value honesty and integrity and we value your time. We like to take our time with you and share our knowledge so that you can make the best informed decisions for you and your family. With several other contractors coming at possibly the same time, the technician did not feel that he could represent us in the way that both himself and the company he works for would have wanted for you and for us. We're sorry we never got the chance to show you how awesome our team is and how much our customers love us. We wish you the best of luck on your exterior project and we will still be available Monday through Friday if you change your mind and want to hear our perspective on your job.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free, and we give a detailed proposal with exact pricing. We also offer a price match guarantee for any equally licensed and insured company upon review of their proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a technician to come out to your home and inspect any exterior issue in your home. You will receive an email confirmation before your appointment. Upon finalizing the inspection, the technician will give you brief overview of their findings. They will then send you a detailed proposal with exact pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have trained with all of the major manufacturers in the U.S. We offer a variety of manufacturers products with warranties through their preferred installer programs. Impact is commercially certified for any exterior project.
