The experience with NOVA Exteriors was great from the initial estimate with sales person to the install. Tom the sales person is experienced and gave great guidance for selecting a replacement for an aging door. He was pleasant and there was no pressure to make the sale. Financing was a breeze and NOVAExt communicated every step of the way from measuring to install. The installers did a great job, paying attention to each detail and left the area clean. I am happy with the look and quality of the door!

The process of getting the door frame measured, selecting the storm for we wanted and having it installed was easy and I'm happy with the quality. It was quite pricey but I had to get a custom sized door, as the frame wasn't a standard size. The whole process took about a month.

Sam has been so responsive in helping us get our door situated. He also provides 12 month interest free loans to get the door. Everything is communicated & explained thoroughly so we know everything that the job will entail & he makes sure we are all up to code.
