Wow! It was the weekend and we were in a bind for a last min commercial French door, a standard door and multiple doorknobs installation. We did not have the doors and we had no idea where to start looking for these commercial custom doors on a Saturday. We contacted Ben. He sent us pictures of the doors he had on hand and we selected the ones that we wanted. He gave us a quote and the prices was very reasonable. They showed up THE NEXT DAY (Sunday) with the doors, swiftly went to work and quickly got it done. When they finished, it all looked so beautiful! Thank you sooo much AAT investment. I thought Justin was very professional and my whole family really enjoyed his presence. He's honest, to the point and works hard. That being said, I hired him to help us replace a door that was leaking water and damaging our hardwood flooring (and subfloor), but the same problem exists today. $4,840.00 in, and I'm in the same spot I was last year. This review reflects the quality of work, and in no way is reflective of his character. After reading the reviews here, I decided to have someone replace an exterior door for us. I waited for Justin to become available because he appeared to be meticulous about his work. In doing so I forfeited any sort of warranty which would've been hugely beneficial to me now. Part of our problems stem from the manufacturer of the door (should've been discovered prior to installation), but the other issues stem from installation issues. The doors arrived with the following problems: - Color was wrong (two doors, two separate shades of white) - Door frame is not true (one of the bottom corners bows out, allowing water to seep in and insects to get through) - Transom silicone wasn't dry; transom was slipping down and needed to be reset by my wife and I - Door pin for second door (french door) doesn't go up correctly because of the transom - Doors are very difficult to open - misshapen frame is the likely culprit Door install issues: - Door was shimmed too much - whole frame shakes when door is closed - Caulking around bottom of door threshold is missing; ants and other insects make their way through - Trim was installed at roughly a 5 degree pitch; does not look like it was installed by a professional and the silicone was rushed (dirt/grime in the silicone, not even) Floor issues: - Replaced hard wood doesn't go to the wall; hole exists where the hard wood is absent I didn't want to write a negative review, because I genuinely like Justin, but I'm basing my review on the quality of work and materials used. We've had a handful of communications since then, and he's even come over to look at the door (placed weather stripping in the opening where water comes in), but that isn't a permanent solution and it doesn't help us against the heavy rains we receive. He has since moved on to another career, which is great for him, but we're left in a spot where we have to redo the door install. My wife and I spent the previous Thursday evening taping off the door to prevent our hardwood from getting destroyed again, and to be frank I've lost my patience with the whole situation.

He was meticulous and thorough in his work; and did not charge us extra even though I believe the job turned out more difficult and took longer than he anticipated. His work saved us a ton of money in having to buy a replacement door. I highly recommend talking to them for any door repair work.
