YoKid

Introduction: YoKid provides kids' yoga to help children from all socioeconomic backgrounds foster self-awareness. With greater self-awareness, children can realize their full potential physically, academically, socially and emotionally. It is our belief that all children should have the ability to participate in kids' yoga with highly qualified instructors. YoKid provides low-cost, on-site kids' yoga and meditation classes, kids' yoga teacher certification, staff development workshops for educators and adult wellness yoga for businesses. YoKid’s kids' yoga classes, kids' yoga teacher certification program, workshops and adult wellness packages are currently available at schools, recreation centers and businesses in Virginia, Maryland and the district of Columbia.
