This guy was amazing. Our dryer stopped working on Memorial Day which required us to spend part of the holiday in a laundromat. Adam KZ, Inc. responded to our inquiry within minutes and came out the same day - remind you, it was a holiday. My dryer suddenly stopped working. I called the guys and was able to set an appointment for the same day. I was expecting it to be fixed in a couple of days, but the technician fixed it the same day and cleaned my dryer vent. Overall, 5 stars.
