I had working with my gas dryer warrant company repair contractor for over six weeks. Two different technicians--one of them surly, the other apparently incompetent--came to diagnose and fix the dryer, and both ordered various parts that they said needed to be replaced, including the motor. They canceled the third appointment to install the motor and another part three times, each time rescheduling it for the following week. Having lost all confidence in them, I'm so glad that I turned to Home Appliance Maintenance. I heard back from Sabuhi within seconds, and he came the very next day. What a difference! He immediately exuded a calm, pleasant competence. He was also very communicative, telling me at every step what he was doing and why. He found that one of the key parts that had replaced by the most recent technician had been installed incorrectly, and he fixed that. He also questioned why that tech had ordered a new motor, since the current motor in the dryer was working just fine. Sabuhi was thorough, honest and skilled. Within an hour my dryer was fixed, and I couldn't be more pleased with his work, and would highly recommend him to everyone!

We noticed our dryer wasn't drying mid-cycle, and searched Thumbtack for someone who could repair it. Home Appliance Maintenance responded immediately and was at our house a few hours later, and an hour or so after that it was fixed. He was kind, helpful and straightforward about cost. Our dryer is working great now, and he replaced a part with a warranty.

I was having problems with a GE Profile refrigerator's water filter. The Home Appliance Maintenance guys responded almost instantly to my request for repair. They came exactly as promised, ordered the required part and returned three day later to replace the filter housing. They did the job quickly, they were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Sabuhi Khalilov arrived on time and listened as I described the issue I was having with my refrigerator. He analyzed the problem and immediately tracked down the root cause and provided feedback along with the recommendation that required ordering a new refrigerator part. I provided a down payment and when the new part arrived, he returned promptly and installed the new part and recommended waiting 48 hours to ensure that the part he replaced worked properly and then providing him the balance of the payment if there were no further issues with my refrigerator. I am very satisfied with Mr. Khalilov repair work and the fact that he stands behind his work as a professional. I highly recommend Home Appliance Maintenance LLC and would definitely use their services again.
