I will hire Sam again in future - great service, professional, and reasonable.
Sam came punctually the next day to assess my GE Profile washer after it gave me multiple error codes. Based on the codes and symptoms, it appeared to be an inverter issue, which Sam ordered. Replacing the inverter solved some of the error codes, but the machine apparently had multiple other underlying malfunctions.
After hours of troubleshooting, Sam advised against further repair based on similar situations with cascading errors. This assessment sounded reasonable to me based on what I could see/read online. When I said I still wanted to fairly compensate him for his time, he politely declined payment, noting that if he didn't fix it, there was no charge. That's the sign of an old school professional, in my opinion. Thanks Sam.

I submitted a job request in the morning to fix a non-responsive start button on my Kenmore Elite washer. Sam was the first contractor to respond and had great reviews, so I was pleased to schedule with him. He was able to fit me in the same day to get my washer back in use before the weekend. He fixed the problem while saving the existing control panel on my aging washer (and therefore money) by switching a sensor from an unused button. Very pleased with the work, and the washer worked great afterwards.

Responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the same day. He needed to order a part and have it delivered the next day. He was willing to come on Sunday to install it so I wouldn’t have a non-functioning fridge any longer than necessary. I greatly appreciate the fast and excellent service. He is a true professional.
