The plumbing technician that came out to the house, Jack Gee, called ahead, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. Jack walked me through details of the work quote (snaking a shower drain and installing a water purifier), and then walked me through the final results when the work was completed. Booked an appointment overnight for a leaking drain pipe, which was seeping down from our upper level bathroom to our lower level floor. We live in a 1940s townhouse which has undergone some renovations. However, the previous plumbing work in the bathroom was not affective against calcium deposits and corroding metal pipes.
As a licensed contractor, Ahmad was very professional and resilient, trying multiple approaches to patching this leak since we were not looking to do an entire plumbing replacement at this time. he also desperately carried multiple necessary, plumbing fittings and gaskets which insured we could get the job done under two hours on a Sunday.

Ernest is a younger guy newly out on his own, with experience at a larger plumbing company. He responded promptly to my inquiry and narrowed down the problem to one of two causes from my description. He arrived right on time and quickly confirmed that my toilet’s wax seal needed replacement. Within 20 minutes after that, the repair was complete and the new seal was tested. Ernest’s charge for the repair was extremely reasonable for our area and I’ll definitely be using him again if I have another plumbing problem in the future.
