I contacted Elmer and team at My Custom Balloons for my baby shower in May. He spoke with me over the phone for our initial conversation to discuss concepts. He was open to me sending pictures of the ideas I found on Pinterest and was willing to do whatever I wanted. He did some background work on his part to find what I wanted in terms of balloon supply. Then he came to my house, showed me a sample (blown up!) of my color options and texture, we discussed how they would be held down, how many, gave me a rough estimate including the cost of helium and transport. That was great! I felt so comfortable I would get what I wanted. Day of the shower it was the worst possible weather we could have gotten, ice storm! Slick roads, sidewalks cars taking up room where he was supposed to unload the balloons. But he was a great business person and brought enough people to get the job done well and in time. The balloons looked beautiful!! We had ombre walls and singular 36" mega balloons to make a modern feel. It was perfect. I would absolutely use Elmer and his team again! I love My Custom Balloons! Elmer did an exceptional job! I especially appreciated that he brought a sample balloon bouquet to the party venue site a couple of days in advance to show me what it would look like. He arrived on time to all of our meetings, brought an assistant to help with the streamers without charging anything extra and spent additional time the morning of the party to make sure everything was just right and even helped me arrange and set up tables (even though he wasn't hired to do this). He also brought my daughter a balloon man a few days after the party because he could see how excited she gets around balloons. Elmer is professional, honest, extremely good at what he does, provides high-quality decorations that look fantastic and was a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend him enough.

My Custom Balloons was reliable and very fairly priced for our 5th grade event. I would definitely use them again!
