Miguel and his crew did excellent work and were fine with me inspecting the project every step of the way. Historically I’ve had a terrible time with contractors because I am detail oriented and very specific about how I want a job done but that wasn’t true with Miguel. I had him patching drywall holes through out my entire house (the holes were from repiping the house). He was able to make it look like none of the holes were ever there. I had wainscoting that was cut by the plumbers but because of the house’s age that style is no longer made. Miguel rebuilt the look of the wainscoting using individual boards and a spacer so you can’t tell that wall is any different from the original. He did such a good job repairing the drywall I’m planning on hiring him to fix the shower that was damaged by the plumbers in a few months.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with contractor work. Moving into a new house with a few urgent repair needs, a few surprises and a few unpacking needs that popped up during the primary projects, Miguel was happy to lend a hand on all of the above when he had a few minutes between the big project tasks. It was really a blessing. Additionally, the pricing was no nonsense, fair, accurate for the job pricing. Even for the random add on items. Everything is beautiful, excellent work, always cleaned up after, and communicated well the entire time. I will be calling Vail first for every single repair, remodel, or custom project going forward!!

Miguel and his team Danny did an amazing job in installation of composite tiles on our terrace floor. They showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. The terrace was on the fourth floor which required extra effort. We are very pleased with the work. The project turned out beautiful and I highly recommend Miguel for any home project.
