I am extremely happy with the service I received from Tim and Tend to Carpet Cleaning. My carpets were heavily stained and looking worn after years of daily use. Tim did an incredible job! I had another company tell me one price of the phone and then when they got there, they tried to price gouge me an extra $400 so I called and spoke with Tim. explained the situation gave me a quote over the phone did not hide any fees and was at my place within two hours. He made my carpet look brand new. I highly recommend. Extremely professional with great quality work you can’t go wrong.

I was pleased with the overall service. My low pile carpet is 23+ years old. Tim cleaned the carpet better than any other service I've had. I was intrigued with the cleaning process as no water was used. He took the time to explain why it was a process that worked so well and left my carpet dry within 1 hour. Tim knew what he was doing and the proof is in the pudding. My carpet was pretty clean when he was done! I will use this service again in the future.
