Ok, now this is how it's done! All of you other IT guys should take note. I live in Arlington, VA, and my home computer was infected with malware. I was terrified I'd lose many years of photos and files that I hadn't bothered to back up (I know . . . stupid me). First, Sammy, of SammIT, came in, cleaned everything up remotely and even took the time to show me exactly what happened and how to avoid it in the future. He even set up automated backups to give me peace of mind. Second, his pricing was fair (about $65/hr for his remote work) and he finished all within a couple of hours. I'd highly recommend to anyone with computer issues. Third, he was professional and super down to earth. Sammy did not come in with the know-it-all attitudes many in his field do. You know the ones who expect everyone to speak the language of IT even though almost no one does?Highly recommend for anyone in Alexandria or Falls Church.
