- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Sign up and upload your wardrobeCreate a free account and start uploading photos of what you already own. You can upload 10 pieces to start and add more anytime. Step 2: Schedule a free discovery callWe chat for 30 minutes. I learn about your style, your life, your goals, and what you’re looking for. No pressure—just real conversation. Step 3: I review your wardrobe After our call, I analyze what you own and think about the best way to help you. Step 4: Personalized recommendations I send you a plan tailored to your needs—whether that’s a one-time package, a membership, or something custom. Step 5: We get to workYou choose your path, and we start styling. I source pieces that work with your life, create outfits using both new and existing items, and show you everything through virtual try-on. The whole process is collaborative. You’re not a transaction—you’re a client I actually work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade in the fashion industry, including several years at Trunk Club (a luxury personal styling startup) where I worked with affluent clients on wardrobe curation, product selection, and client relationships. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients—from corporate executives to creatives to busy parents—and that experience has taught me what actually works in real life, not just what looks good on a hanger.
