I honestly didn’t expect to love the basement this much. It used to be dark storage space and now it’s where we hang out the most. The layout and lighting make such a difference. It completely changed how we use our home.

We can’t recommend Bonyanne enough. They transformed our townhouse in a way we honestly didn’t think was possible. We worked closely with their architectural designer, Abdallah, and are extremely happy with the results. He designed and built a brand-new kitchen where our dining area used to be and reconfigured our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home into a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath layout. Bonyanne handled all HOA approvals and Virginia permits, making the entire process stress-free. Very hands-on, great communication, and high-quality work. We’d hire them again without hesitation.

I was really nervous about doing an addition, mostly because of permits and timing. Bonyanne handled all of that and kept everything moving. The new space flows perfectly with the rest of the house, and you’d never know it wasn’t original.
