Hello and thank you for visiting my page on Thumbtack. My name is Wilmer Perez and I am new to Thumbtack. I am looking to expand my clientele. Wilmer was very responsive throughout the project. He returned calls and text messages within a reasonable timeframe! He actually started my project early. He and his team were pleasant and hardworking. They had to move some heavy items from the room and also had to remove the door from the hinges because it would not be able to open/close. They cleaned up nicely afterwards as you can see in the picture. He did have to make a price adjustment, however, that he had not considered when he provided the original quote. It was not an unreasonable adjustment. I actually gave him a tip, as well. I would recommend him to others!😊😊

Wilmer's quote was extremely reasonable! He and his crew removed the flooring from a bedroom (that was nailed down) and used it to replace glued down flooring that had been damaged by pet marking. He saved me thousands because the flooring isn't made anymore and I would've had to replace the entire first floor's flooring since it's an open floor plan without a good place for a threshold. You can't even pick it the repaired areas! Now I've got some spare flooring just in case (though I hope I never need it) and I'll definitely give him a call when I'm ready to install new flooring in the bedroom.

I contacted on a Thursday and he was job ready for Saturday. He picked up materials and and even helped when i made changes. He and his team were timely. They finished flooring my basement 926 sqf in just 4-5 hours. They arrived at 8:30 am as promised and they went with me to pick ip wood and even to home depot and lowes to get baseboards and carpet. They got back and worked with only a short 20 minute lunch break for staff. I had incorrectly said it was only 700 square feet but he worked with me to stay close to quote. He even threw in a freebie project! They were back and cleaned up by 4pm. Been a week and no problems with workmanship. I wish i could keep him all to myself because i know when he blow up, his prices will increase. But he deserves it! Great job. I highly recommend him.
