I hired frog to clean up, mulch and trim my garden, they did great, I'm in love with results, the guy who showed up was so friendly. I'll definitely use them again.

Working with Geraldo on my spring cleaning and mulch job was good. FROG Landscaping was punctual and got right to work on my property, however, they did not do a good job of estimating how much mulch would be needed for my yard and therefore fell short. As a result, they spread the mulch layer kind of thin (maybe 1/2 inch at best) across the garden, and still had to make a another run to Lowes to get more mulch. When they spread the additional mulch (from Lowes) out on the remainder of the garden, it was a different shade of RED from the mulch they brought in BULK. So my garden ended up look two-toned. Also in the quote, they said that they were going to trim and prune the shrubbery in my yard, to make it look more manicured, but it turns out they only pruned one bush.....that I marked for them to trim, but that was it. Over-all they did a fairly good job, but they do need to pay a little more attention to detail.

We apologize if you are unsatisfied with the results of your lawn services and would welcome the opportunity to make this right. In regards to the thickness of the mulch, we aim to never over charge our clients which is why we work as conservatively as possible when the client expresses sticking to a budget being a focus for them in the initial consultation. We base the thickness (amount) of mulch used on the clients expressed budget for the mulch. Shrub trimming, leaf removal, mowing and edging are additional services services that come at their own cost. FROG does not perform any services without prior authorization by the client.
