They were great at moving my entire house and getting it to fit into my storage unit. I had HUGE furniture to come down from upstairs that I didn’t think was possible to bring down and they were able to figure it out. They finished under the set time and were extremely polite and professional. I will 100% use them again to get my stuff moved out of my storage unit when I find a house. - Lisa Calleja VA

Boxstar Movers were excellent! They made my move worry-free from start to finish. The management team gave me a thorough estimate and made booking simple, then provided multiple confirmations and updates. On the morning of I received text updates to let me know when the truck arrived. The crew arrived right on time and did a full walk through before they started. Eden, Eddie and Attila were friendly, efficient, hard working and thorough. They took excellent care of my belongings and were safe and thoughtful moving large furniture through tight spaces. As crew chief, Eden was communicative, professional and proactive. He kept everything moving and took care of his team. When I started to move an item from one room to another they stopped me, asked where to put it, and moved every single piece. I couldn't ask for a better crew to move me into my new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We used BoxStar Moving for our move this weekend and were glad we did! They arrived 15 minutes into the 1 hour window and got to work quickly. They did a great job wrapping and securing our items for the move. They were professional, courteous, with positive attitudes. We had a couch that wouldn't make it through the doorway to one of our rooms and they grabbed a power drill and quickly removed the door, in order to get it through. Only drawback was that the BoxStar scheduler wasn't able to give us the name of the crew chief in advance which we wanted to know for safety reasons so we could verify on their arrival. We asked the day before and was told they still did know at that point who would be dispatched. Overall, we were really impressed with their speed and work ethic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend to a friend. Great value for their rates too.

The guys did a wonderful job moving all of the furniture in my storage pod up into my new condo. Even though the Pod was not directly in front of my building and was actually all the way up a hill in another lot, they never complained and stayed professional the entire time. The made sure to prep my carpet properly so that it was protected and they for every box into the room it needed to be in. Will definitely tell all of my friends and family to use Boxstar moving for their needs in the future. Thank you so much team!
