I am so happy my husband and I chose Shaunikka to prepare our taxes this year! She was very detailed in what we should expect in her services and she delivered! We were most impressed with her turn around was in 1 day! I couldn't believe it! She went above and beyond, because we had just moved out of town and didn't have time to go into an office and wait hours. Shaunikka was able to complete everything through email communications and text messages. If I needed a quick question answered she had a quick reply! What impressed me the most about Shaunikka's service is that she is very professional, but at the same time treats you like family. My experience with Shaunikka was much better than doing my own taxes. I love the personal interactions and wealth of information she provided.

Michelle was wonderful helping my husband and I file our personal taxes and taxes for our LLC. Her expertise was a blessing to us, as we had no idea what we were doing before she came to help. She was also super flexible with us as it took several meetings for us to get all our paperwork together. She met us around town when we had something to give her and kept us updated via email on the status of our returns. She had personal advice as to how to keep better accounting records. She had an answer to every single question we had. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle and Back Office Administrators. The Frederick Douglass Memorial and Historical Association was established by an Act of the US Congress in 1900 "To preserve to posterity the memory of the life and character of the late Frederick Douglass..." The Board of Trustees contracted with Dr. Levine (C. Levine & Associates) for 4 hours of Board Development and Training that focused on reviewing the charge and beginning a process that would lead to long range sustainability. Dr. Levine did the necessary research--gathered the Association's historical performance data and was well prepared to lead our group to identify its weaknesses and strengths and to acknowledging that more intense training and long range planning was needed. Dr. Levine is a very competent professional; for FDMHA she went beyond the contract delivering exceptional high quality service. Dr. Levine brings that same professionalism as she volunteers to write grants; lead workshops and teach classes focused on Community/Civic relationships and /or Personal Religious/Christian Development in the Mt Moriah Baptist Church. Dr. Levine is totally focused when working on a project and committed to delivering high quality service.
