I have been a personal trainer in the Arlington area for 8 years with an accessible gym facility or in home training (if that is preferred). I've been working with Monica virtually for over two years and she is simply the best. I genuinely look forward to meeting with her each week and we have a fun hour, even though I am exhausted by the end. She pushes me in a supportive way to reach goals that we have set together. Everyone should have a trainer just like Monica!

Training at Aspire Higher has given me more to Aspire in life. Weekly work outs and differentiating routines have motivated me to be conscious of healthier foods and habits. It’s also shown me what some of my strengths and weakness are that of which I wasn’t even aware. Monica, (my trainer),is one of the best at what she does. Not only is she flexible with the sessions but she also gives great pointers and if an amazing conversationalist. Sessions with her not feel like your first day at bootcamp! I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking for a healthier lifestyle and not just a spur of the summer moment! Great job Monica!

Monica is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my overall strength and endurance. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
