Working out with Kareem has taken my training to a new level. When we started a few months ago, Kareem asked me what my goals were (which included training for a 5K and a sprint triathlon), and he truly listened and has helped me work towards this goal. Kareem helped round out my training (which, until working with him, was focused on running and biking) to make my whole body stronger, while still focusing on the core muscle groups I need to reach my goals. He also gives me motivation throughout the week to eat better and keep focusing on the right workouts. What I really appreciate about Kareem was that he actually listened to what I wanted and did not assume that, as a woman hiring a personal trainer, I only wanted to lose weight. He is also very friendly and makes the workouts fun, while still keeping the session focused on its purpose - training. As a result of training with him, I've moved to the front of my friends' running group, and I can't wait to do a triathlon in the spring. I would highly recommend Kareem to anyone serious about training, no matter what their goal!
