At first I was skeptical about paying for meal prep, but after having a tailored meal from Laman I'm all about it. My first meal was simple: steak and broccoli. Not only was it packed with protein, but it tasted better than most pricey steaks you get at 'nice' restaurants for half the price. Laman is a great personal trainer! He pays attention to your goals and provides great movitation. He’s been supportive and super flexible and accommodating to my overwhelmingly demanding schedule. I have always wanted to try personal training and after working with Laman, I am so glad I did! I did the 12 week program as a kick start to prepare for my wedding and it was exactly what I needed to stay motivated and work on my problem areas. Laman crafted the workouts to fit my goals and gave me a ton of tips on how to train the body effectively and safely to see the results. I did not lose a ton of weight; however I only trained once a week. To get the maximum results, you would need to train at least 3-4 times a week. Overall, Laman is an amazing trainer who is professional, knowledgeable, and committed to his clients success. If you are looking for a trainer you have to train with Laman! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Anyone seeking to improve their health will be making an investment in themselves. My prices are based on the time and effort it will take to achieve desired goals and yield optimal results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Free Intro Session - Meet and greet, where we discuss goals and timelines. I also gather specific information on any past injuries and your motivation to start on a path to a new lifestyle. 2. Evaluation Session - The first full session, where I evaluate your current fitness level and establish a baseline for each exercise. 3. Comprehensive Program - Once we have determined the customized program, combining healthy eating and fitness training, we will meet up to three times per week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training consistently for many years. My college coursework included advance weight training, martial arts, and yoga (which I still currently practice). I have also worked in food preparation, meal planning, and fitness nutrition.
