We decided to go with Sam as our personal trainer because after talking to him once, my boyfriend and I were inspired and motivated to work out and eat healthy. We had our evaluation session and Sam was amazing. He really cares about his clients. Sam was engaged, pushed us just the right amount and gave us a lot of feedback and information. Highly recommend.

Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy going but knows exactly how to push you. I know I asked more of my body than I would normally because of his coaching! I also learned so much right out the gate on day 1! You can tell he knows what he's talking about!!! He's also incredibly attentive, professional, and polite!
