Most clients fall into one of five investment tiers, ranging from $20,000 to $300,000+, which includes everything from licensing to design, furnishings, and full setup. We’re transparent about all costs and will help you build a realistic, profitable Airbnb business aligned with your goals and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a detailed intro call to understand your goals and property. Then, we complete a property walkthrough (if local), conduct a full analysis of licensing needs, market positioning, and revenue potential. From there, we build a custom project plan, manage design and setup, list your property on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO, and handle all day-to-day operations through our comprehensive property management service.
