What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fixed monthly price of $80 for management services. For tenant placement and marketing of vacant homes there is a one time rental fee of 80% of the first month rent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a complete rental analysis of your property and advise what the best rental price will be. Once we find a tenant or if property is occupied we will start managing with no set up fees.
