Colleen A. says, "I called because my water bill indicated a possible leak in the house, and I thought the culprit was a faulty toilet. When Mike arrived we assessed the toilet and found that it was NOT leaking, and he proceeded to help me do a thorough search of the plumbing in my house to find a leak - we found nothing, and after such a complete search I was confident there isn't a leak. I ended up calling the water company to come and check the meter. I really appreciated the time that Mike spent helping me search, and for not coming up with a "maybe it's this" just to get work out of it, he showed a lot of integrity saying "there's nothing for me to do here." He only charged me the diagnostic fee, which is fair for his time. So, I didn't get any work done, but I really liked the manner and professionalism, so DAD's Plumbing is going to be staying on my list to call if I have any problems in the future!"See more
