We scheduled them for a last minute move for a 1 bedroom and were so happy they could fit us in. Unfortunately they had to cancel our move right when they were supposed to come, but did provide us with an appropriate discount. They weren't initially wearing masks, but did ask us if we were comfortable with that and were agreeable to wearing them. Furniture was all handled with care and you could tell they had experience with moving.

We were willing to complete your move the same day and gave you an option to start an hour late (8:30 pm) but we ultimately both agreed to complete your move the following morning. Thank you for choosing us to help with your move, customer care is a top priority for us as a company and hate to have to change plans at all much less last minute even if necessary.
