I needed curtain rods reinstalled on my windows because the rods were not supported into the walls properly. Penn was able to come over right away - no wait time - and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely call him back again if I have another project that I need help with.

Penn is master craftsman. He turned a tired looking ski condo into a piece of art with custom cabinets, custom shutters, new floors and staircase. His work is amazing.

Penn was great to work with. We need to have the weather stripping around our front door replaced. Penn made quick work of the installation, and went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly. I definitely appreciated his attention to quality, and will definitely be contacting him again when we have more projects.

Penn did more jobs than I can list here; sheetrock, front door replacement/upgrade, siding/trim repairs, chair rail install, baseboard upgrade, painting, lighting upgrade, deck upgrade, vintage furniture repair, reroute coaxial cables, install outlets, etc... The costs were so reasonable, I kept finding (and still am) projects to do. Penn and helpers worked within my scheduling parameters and worked well with the HOA painters which saved a lot of time and money.

Penn did a marvelous job with our deck. It was a complicated tiered cascade of steps down to uneven terrain and he nailed all the calculations. He was also very fair through out the process with pricing as a few early estimates on lumber ended up being short. Over all a great experience and would highly recommend him.
