- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum charge for a single item can be as little as $35. Each job is slightly different in nature.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief phone interview will usually provide with the necessary information I'll need to provide a quote about 99% of the time. We'll discuss what needs to be moved and when. We'll also discuss any items that may require special care, or possibly larger oversize items, such as safes, pianos, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been moving for years when I owned an audio/visual company and had to move extremely large and heavy items.
