- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is ask about the student's needs, and identify the skills we need to work on, and do a short level test. Then, we talk about our schedules, to agree on possible times to have the lessons, and how many lessons per week he/she needs, or can take. Then, I give him/her a quote for the amount of lessons she/he wants to take. And we are ready to start whenever the student is ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors degree in Education from the Complutense university in Madrid (Spain), and a Masters degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, from the university of Jaen (Spain). I have been a Spanish teacher for 20 years, in Australia and in the U.S.
