Introduction: The way I focus on fitness and nutrition goals come from a place of yoga, personal training and nutrition. This really makes the program a pretty enjoyable, and well rounded experience. I do not believe that any day should not focus on the body as a whole entity. Each workout should cover every zone, and provide the mind and body with a sense of wellbeing. As we work together we will go through what it means to eat for your body, and your fitness goals. We will also work on implementing a personal practice into your life so that you feel comfortable working out with me, others, and on your own. Having found my career in fitness, I also use my educational psychology masters degree to help others find their career they are passionate about. Watching my clients grow with their fitness goals is perhaps the most rewarding part of the work I do. I very much believe in health and fitness, and am so excited to teach others what I know as well as learn from everyone's different goals, body types, and expectations.

Took several one-on-one yoga classes with Kristin, it was overall a great experience. After taking yoga with her I was interested in continuing to improve my fitness level and started doing circuit training with her as well. This was super helpful for my weight loss goals and toning goals. I still attend session twice a week and cannot stand to miss a session!
