Joel was able to not only diagnose the problem but was able to expertly fix what two other plumbers left. The inspection by the plumber was horrible. The request was to check the issues with water pressure on the second floor. After turning on the hot water heater, the plumber failed to inspect pressure at all of the fixtures on the second. The plumber came outside and stated the water pressure was fine on the second floor and collected their fee. Immediately after they drove off, I went to check the pressure and discovered the water was never turned on at any fixtures. Most fixtures had the water turned off via the turn-off valves. Some fixtures were missing water lines. Some fixtures were leaking once the water was turned on. Someone called after I submitted a review to the company and I left a voicemail. They stated that they would send someone else out the next day and I never heard from them. It has been a week.

Hi, this home owner is 100% right, my first technician didn’t do a good job checking all plumbing problems. I did talked to the home owner about everything that happened and I took full responsibility, so we agree on sending a different technician out to check all plumbing at not extra cost, I understand he’s still waiting to hear from us to set up an appointment and I completely apologize for the wait, but I will definitely send a technician to his house at not extra cost and I will give this home owner a discount towards the repairs. I apologize for the inconvenience, we do care about our customers and I can honestly say that we didn’t do a good job whit this customer and I’ll make sure this never happens again. Mister William I’m really sorry for what happened I will try to make it right for you.
