I highly recommend Elite 360. Jason was able to diagnose my Maytag washing machine’s leak quickly. He drove to Lows to buy a new hose to replace the one causing the leak and was able to install it in less than one hour. I will use Elite from now on for all my appliances. Sue Jones

Gary was very responsive, detailed, and set the expectations prior to even coming to my home. He arrived on time and quickly assessed my issue. Due to my lack of knowledge in appliances, I inadvertently purchased a gas dryer. There wasn’t anything that Gary was able to repair, but I will use his services in the future; just based on his professionalism and certifications

Two days before Thanksgiving, we had a temperature problem with our freezer. We found a reference for Elite 360 Repair and made contact online. Gary responded to us within two hours. We initially communicated in writing and later talked through the freezer issues by phone. Although Gary did not know us, he came to our home that evening with the needed part and fixed our freezer. He personally cared that our freezer/refrigerator would be working for us on Thanksgiving Day. Needless to say, we are grateful, and we are impressed at Gary's professional commitment. Technician (Frank) was friendly and professional. Completed diagnostic and repair in less than an hour as they come with parts they may need to do the repair in one visit. No service call fee since work once done during the same visit. Work is also backed by a 90 day warranty which gives me peace of mind and reassurance in a job well done. Frank took time to answer all my questions thoroughly and to show me the work being completed. I will use this company again in the future. Thank you!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We never charge a service fee with a repair. If the appliance is not repairable, you owe us nothing! We also offer discounts for seniors and military.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We schedule an initial visit to determine the best repair options. We stock some commonly used parts such as drain pumps, heat elements, dryer parts and ranges.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We have degrees such as B.S. in computer science and M.eD. Samsung and LG trained. In service since 2017.
